Our operating ventures & capabilities

Proxis Labs formulates clean-label, bioavailable wellness compounds engineered for sustained cognitive focus, physical resilience, and cellular longevity. Backed by rigorous third-party testing protocols.

MagnetoX makes the Magnetox anti-alcohol bracelet, designed to help people break free from cravings, together with a companion app for iOS and Android.

Dishcart is a free-form meal planner, not a weekly calendar. Set your household size, diet, allergies, and dislikes, search a curated recipe collection, and add meals to your plan; the grocery list builds itself from what you plan. Private and offline-first: your data stays on your device.

The MagnetoX app pairs with the Magnetox bracelet, built with the same focus on speed, local-first privacy, and fluid design as everything we ship.

Lace & Thornz bridges contemporary urban aesthetics with technical garment manufacturing, releasing numbered capsule drops for a global audience of tastemakers.
